These Terms of Service apply to your use of KC Web Hosting's free Minecraft server signup portal and related hosting services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Free Hosting Service

KC Web Hosting currently offers free Minecraft server hosting as a community project. Free service availability, capacity, performance, features, and uptime are not guaranteed and may change at any time.

Accounts and Server Setup

You are responsible for providing accurate signup information and keeping your panel credentials secure. After your server is created, you may need to open a support ticket so required ports can be forwarded.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal activity, harassment, malware, phishing, spam, attacks against other systems, copyright infringement, excessive resource abuse, or any activity that harms KC Web Hosting, other users, or the broader network.

Server Content and Backups

You are responsible for the content, plugins, worlds, and users on your Minecraft server. KC Web Hosting may attempt to protect data, but backups are not guaranteed. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Suspension or Removal

We may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts or servers that violate these terms, create security risks, abuse resources, remain inactive, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Donations

Donations help support hardware, power, networking, bandwidth, replacement equipment, and future infrastructure growth. Donations do not guarantee service availability, priority support, or a permanent server slot unless explicitly stated elsewhere.

No Warranty

The service is provided as is and as available. KC Web Hosting makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
