KC Web Hosting provides free Minecraft server hosting signups through a TCAdmin-powered control panel. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

When you request a free Minecraft server, we collect the information you submit in the signup form, including your email address, first name, last name, desired username, and password. Your password is sent to TCAdmin to create your panel account and is not intentionally displayed back to you.

We may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser information, request timestamps, error logs, and TCAdmin API response logs so we can operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to create and manage your TCAdmin account, provision your Minecraft server, provide support, prevent abuse, investigate technical issues, and communicate important service-related information.

Email Communications

We may use your email address for account, support, security, and service-related messages. We do not sell your email address. If we send optional marketing or donation-related email in the future, we will provide a way to opt out.
